Well I never imagined I would be giving a tech talk at Amazonia…or hosting a workshop in Reading….
This goes to show that all things are possible! I really hope I’ve delivered some encouragement and inspiration in this new found capacity – I can certainly say I have inspired myself! I’m constantly meeting interesting people, whose passion drives them to give up time outside their day jobs and to give to the wider tech community. I’ve benefitted so much from this generosity of spirit over my time in London that it’s good to try and give something back.
I’ve also seen some great events, particularly the “Why women in AI” panel, organised by CognitionX, and the recent “Advances and Challenges in Data Science” hosted by the Turing Institute, amongst numerous others…
Wow – being a woman in tech in London right now is just great! Come and join us!
